"Everything from the information about the furnace and heat pump to installation was done in a professional manner. The installers were prompt and courteous. Before they left they explained how take care of the filters and the thermostat. It was not the cheapest bid but I have been dealing with this company for many years and felt comfortable going with them. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new furnace or heat pump."

"Our furnace failed on a Saturday morning. cummings was the only company that returned our call, Lance came out on Sunday to estimate the job, we accepted and the new furnace and water heater were installed on Monday. We were given detailed instructions on programming the new thermostat, the workers were polite and friendly and cleaned up thoroughly."

"The Technician came to do maintenance on both our furnace and heat pump. He was thorough and knowledgeable and explained everything and took several pictures. His name was Virgil and he was very detailed and cleaned up afterwards. He is the best technician we've had to do our system. We would definitely recommend him and his company. "They worked with me to determine a very reasonable solution to a difficult water / heating problem I had in my crawlspace. They replaced all the flex heating ducts and insulated all of the rigid ductwork making routing updates to help ensure they all stayed dry in the future. Their estimate was fair and accurate, they completed the work on time and the quality of the work was excellent. All of the workers were very professional and respectful and they ensured that I was completely satisfied at the end."

We had a furnace that failed, and out of all the people in the area we called they were the only ones who were available within 24 hours to come out. They determined we needed a new furnace and within just a couple days they had a new one installed. A few days after the install they came out again to make some fine tuning adjustments to the new equipment to make sure that things were just right.
