"My furnace went out on Valentine s Day. I went on Angie s list and heard back from John B. very quickly. It was around 8:30 pm. My house was down to 58 degrees. It was a Friday night and he offered to come right over. He was prompt, friendly and explained what the problem was and how it could be fixed. He was able to fix the problem temporarily. He called back Saturday morning & make sure the furnace was still working and to let me know that he ordered the part I needed. He came back on Monday. He gave me a courtesy call and was over right when he said he would. I highly recommend Household Heating & Cooling!!! Thanks John!!"
