It was a Friday night and he offered to come right over. He was prompt, friendly and explained what the problem was and how it could be fixed. He was able to fix the problem temporarily. He called back Saturday morning & make sure the furnace was still working and to let me know that he ordered the part I needed. He came back on Monday.
