(Zone sensor was bad), he replaced it and the house was already warming up when he left!! He was so kind and professional.. our daughter now has a go to air/heating company that she’ll use for those services.. Two days before Christmas and Madd blessed our family!! "My wife and I have been staying in our camper for the past 4 months due to our air conditioning unit not functioning. We contacted Climate Services of Texas and the lady called me back and said that Cory would be out to assess our situation at 9:00 that evening. I was surprised that anyone would come out at that time of evening. Cory called and verified the appointment and stated that “he wants everyone to be comfortable”. He called me on his way to our residence, letting us know he was coming. Cory was very polite and professional. He took his time assessing the problems and discussed the options available for repairs. Unfortunately, our unit was beyond repair and we required a replacement system. Our unit was pretty much antique. Cory and his company assisted us in arrangements for the necessary replacement of the unit. The company personnel were professional, polite and arrived at the scheduled time. They worked through the heat and did a professional job. Installation was done meticulously and with great care and the price was very fair. We paid about $6000 for a 4 ton American Standard (aka Trane) system. The first company that quoted me estimated $8900 for the exact same system and undoubtedly lower quality of work (Abundant Air Condition and Heating). Miles was my point of contact and did not try to push a sale and encouraged me to do some research for myself. He did an excellent job of adjusting the settings so that the heat is less intense.
