Was the only one willing to come out and give an estimate. Responded to follow up questions by text at all hours. But Morales Heating and Cooling had a clear grasp of the scope of work. Scheduling the work was easy and convenient, and the work was done efficiently. Only a couple of minor issues - the estimate didn't have sufficient detail on the full scope of work and materials to be used, but that was cleared up via text; and I thought the cost estimate was higher than I expected. However, given that the other contractors weren't willing to provide an estimate or had outrageously high minimums, I felt fortunate to be able to get the work done so quickly.
