They provided me with a step-by-step installation explanation. They took their time to ensure both the Furnace and AC was installed correctly. They supplied drop cloths ensuring no outside dirt was brought into the house. They also gave a through explanation on the electronic filter and operation of the thermostat. When all was completed, they did a through cleanup of the utility room and removed all debris. Absolutely outstanding service.
