"The furnace in my rental property stopped working a week ago. Hired a contractor thru homeadvisor to take a look. Was told cracked heat exchanger and system needed replacing along with the outside AC unit. Got a quote from the contractor but decided to use homeadvisor again for more estimates. Air Temp came in with the most reasonable price. They replaced both furnace and AC unit in one afternoon. Tenant was really happy. I haven't checked AC yet. Would recommend nevertheless. Technician showed up promptly and got the furnace operating but could not get heat into the house. Had to reschedule to have zone valves replaced. Technician show up late and didn't have the required parts. Had to reschedule again.
The third technician showed up on time with all the correct parts and worked most of the day to get the system operating properly.
He was completely knowledgeable and very conciencious that everything was working correctly.
