The installation was highly professional, clean, courteous, and both Rob and his assistant, Wilmer, were great to work with. They know their product inside and out, and you can't tell where they hid the wires for my exterior security camera system, even with my old siding. Both Rob and Wilmer were exceptionally patient and worked hard to make sure everything was adjusted perfectly and that I was totally happy before they departed. Alex understood our budget and made quality recommendations that fit within it. He also helped to make sure that we ordered the proper Verizon internet and equipment upgrades. His two staff worked tirelessly for two long days and Alex was here much of that time to personally supervise. Once the system was installed, he came back alone on two separate days to help fine tune the cameras and the system to make sure it was working perfectly. This included several trips by Alex back and forth to Long Island to get supplemental parts.
