All equipment is discreet and unobtrusive. Larry installed everything himself rather than sending an unsupervised crew. He had to crawl around in a hot attic, find studs, drill holes for wiring and display panels, connect all of the equipment to a central hub and teach me how to use all of the installed equipment. He was patient, polite, helpful and respectful of my property and contents. He made several adjustments to exterior cameras to capture just the right angles. I would say he definitely went the extra mile, unlike some of those cookie cutter security companies that sell bundled services whether it fits your needs or not. I was fully impressed with Larry from Safeway, the beautiful equipment, the system access, the low monthly monitoring fee, and how quickly and efficiently everything was installed and up and running.
