"I was shopping for a security system to be installed on the outside of our home. Found SVC Technology and contacted for a quote. Wade S, founder & president, responded right away. He come out for a complementary estimate the next day and had a written proposal the same day. I appreciated a detailed explanation that was given to me during the visit of the work and the warranty that will be done. I am not really tech savvy so the fact that they will take care of the set up and connect the cameras to be viewed on our tv was a selling point for me. Wade also applied a 10% discount on the total cost of the job even though the discount usually gets applied towards the hardware, which I am providing. Thus far, everything has been great. Looking forward to working with SVC. Update after the installation: 1.All of the cameras were installed without showing any wires. 2. The job was completed the same day. 3. Everything was kept clean. 4. Set up on tv and app was gone over to make sure I understand how to use it. 5. The price was very reasonable. 6. Jack and his team were a pleasure to work with and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. The job was done on budget and efficiently. Jack is an excellent communicator and always made sure we were satisfied with how the work was done. He put up with my indecision and change requests with grace, especially regarding grout and paint colors! Jack and his employees are all very friendly and easy to work with.

We went from a dingy, cold old bathroom with a taped; fiberglass tub surround to a lovely and warm (from the heated floors);bathroom. It was a complicated job given our house is very old and the walls were not straight and the floors were not level. Jack did an excellent job shimming and leveling the room. It is truly a remarkable transformation.

He also helped us fix a variety of issues we had from a previous contractor we hired, as well as patching drywall in several rooms throughout our home from plumbing and electrical work we had done. We are so grateful for all the work Jack did and for our new bathroom!

"Excellent.  They were easy to schedule.  Becky was wonderful.  I explained everything to her and she is the one who pointed out there was a current Angie's Big Deal in effect.  I thought I had seen it but that it had expired.  So I got that benefit.  Brad came out at 8am so I could meet with him briefly, show him the stuff, and be on my way to work. 
I didn't recognize the driveway when I arrived home that night, it was so blasted clean!  The separating gutter is now tight.  Gutters clean.  He evel cleaned the leaves off the front porch!  He fixed my address letters and moved the stump to a more visible place than it was.  The windows are clear again!  And the deck is a different color.  I hadn't realized how much dirt had settled on it in the 3 years since we bought the house.  I sweep, but I guess a power blast every so often is a good thing.  We plan to have them back when the weather is dry again to do a proper treatment and sealing of the deck.
