"SafeStreets security system is incredibly reliable and easy to use. The app is intuitive, and the home automation features are a game-changer. I love being able to monitor my home from anywhere. Great service all around."

"It has been years since we had a home security vendor and professional monitoring. Finally got around to re-adding security to our list of home services. It was more than time. Tried a package from amazon but had issues from the start. Ended up returning it. ADT ended up saving the day. We didn’t want to waste any more time with cheap security products. ADT had been the perfect fit for what we were looking for and needing."

"Great response time. They were able to install Security Cameras the same week and were flexible seeing that the store was still under construction and internet was not working. Techs came back the day, I requested to hook up the connection and came back extremely quickly when there was an issue. Also, communication is very strong with their service and sales team."

"Mr. Young and Priscilla are the epitome of professionalism, exceptional skill and knowledge. They listened to my concerns, assessed the situation and respectfully made the appropriate recommendations. During installation the work was done quickly and neatly. They went the extra mile to ensure that all technical issues were resolved before leaving my home in a more secure state than they found it. I highly recommend Broad Shield security and once again thank Mr. Young and Priscilla for a job well done"

"I'm a blue collar guy who values his hard earned money. They do as they say, and say as they do. Every things up front. Jeff and Steve, the electricians that worked on my home helped me to understand the things that I didn't know about and see different ways of doing what I wanted. They never sold me, they educated me. Joe Spirelli, the owner, made himself available to me Including coming to my house, anytime I needed. He also helped me with a side project that I had with very good advice. There customer service dept. was amazing, especially Lucas. There solid and you can trust them. I don't B.S. and I can be difficult to work with, and they managed quite well."
