"Royal Theater Design! We just canâ t say enough about how professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and personable they are! We had a home entertainment/Control 4 system installed in our home by a different company about three years ago, and it needed a complete overhaul, since so many things were not working correctly. We called Royal Theater Design, left a message, and James returned our call that very day. He came out the following day to analyze our system, and gave us a detailed estimate the next day. We scheduled the work for the following week. True to his word, Jamesâ s technicians were at our house on time (even early!) every day and they got right to work each day. They replaced our existing speakers with true surround sound speakers, balanced our bass, fixed our wifi issues, installed new Apple TVs, updated our Control 4 System, and totally reconfigured our entire equipment rack - a beautiful thing!
