"RollTex came out and measured my windows and gave me an estimate.  The shutters were the color I selected and were installed on the date specified.  The installers were professional and courteous and neat (no mess left after work was complete).
I shopped around several companies for rolling shutters and RollTex was by far the least expensive.
I did not make a note of the date but about 5 years after installation two of the shutters needed some minor maintenance; they would not roll up and down.  Rolltex was out and repaired them within a couple of days and repaired them for a minimal charge ($110) - and once again were professional, polite, and neat.

Mr Roundtree had one of his workers to meet me at my home and he arrived shortly after that and understood exactly what I wanted done. He also made suggestions as to work I could do myself as well as repair that didn’t need to be done right now but could wait for a later time. His prices were reasonable and his customer service was great. It was also a convenience for me for him to accept credit cards even though there was an additional fee to do so.
