"RollTex came out and measured my windows and gave me an estimate.  The shutters were the color I selected and were installed on the date specified.  The installers were professional and courteous and neat (no mess left after work was complete).
I shopped around several companies for rolling shutters and RollTex was by far the least expensive.
I did not make a note of the date but about 5 years after installation two of the shutters needed some minor maintenance; they would not roll up and down.  Rolltex was out and repaired them within a couple of days and repaired them for a minimal charge ($110) - and once again were professional, polite, and neat.

"Excellent service. They helped me decide where to place 8 cameras around the outside of house. Daniel had to install wires in our hot attic. That was quite a job. He was very friendly and professional. Hansel and Daniel together set up the cameras to our iPhones and home computer. My husband was pleased that all the wires are inside the walls. He was happy with the work and what they charged. We expected to pay a lot more. The next day my husband wanted to move one camera from the front of house to the front porch. Hansel responded within 2 hours and was at our house the next day to move the camera. Their service is amazing. I plan on sharing their name on our neighborhood website. Both men were very accommodating to our needs."

"I called on a Thursday and explained to the Randy that I had replaced several outlets and switches in my home and a few of them were not working as well as my doorbell randomly being broken. Randy said they charged $125 for the first hour and he was sure his guys could fix all of my issues in that one hour and was I available on Saturday for them to come by; appt. was scheduled.
Two guys came promptly at 10 am and easily fixed the outlet and switch issues in the first 10 minutes so I asked if they could install 2 censor switches for me since I was paying $125 for an hour of time anyway - he replied absolutely. One of the switches needed to be turned around from the outside of the closet wall to face the inside of the closet wall (which was an additional $50 charge and I was ok with that).
The doorbell was unresolved but he suggested that I replace the chime box. He also made sure that everything was wired correctly at the chime box, button and transformer so I could easily replace the chime following his instructions.
