"he originally called Jake Evink, of Roofs and More about some holes in our roof because of the wind storm last year.  When he came to give an estimate, he also took the time to put tape over the holes so that the roof would not leak anymore until it was repaired!  Unfortunately we had promised the job to another provider before Jake came. 
When we decided to have insulation added to our attic, Jake's estimate was @$75 dollars higher than the lowest estimate but we chose him for two reasons: his previous considerateness regarding our roof and his suggestion that he could run the hose into the attic thru the gable vent instead of thru the front door.. Jake also thoroughly explained what needed to be done and how he would do it.
After several delays due to bad weather and a death in our family, Jake came with one other worker and blew in the insulation.  When he was done, He encouraged me to go up the ladder and inspect his work.  He and his assistant were friendly and were careful regarding our rugs and furnishings.  When they were done, they cleaned up thorougly.  Our house already feels warmer!
PS - Jake subsequently followed up with information so that we could apply for a tax deduction and a rebate from Consumer's Power.

the gutter cleaning was great. the workers did not know how to install the gutter guards. But the owner, Bill, did an excellent work for us. He came over to my house to check it the next day after the workers finished their work. He is honest to admit that is not acceptable for their installation and promised he will re-install it for us. He made his promise to come back on 7/3 to fix it. I appreciate his effort on making the project done better and his way to admit the problem and fix it quickly. I would highly recommend him to my friends.
