"Greg, the owner, came out on two occasions to discuss the crawl space and drain tile. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the crawl space industry. We had a few options and he told me about the new spray product he was using. It is this unique seamless liner that is sprayed on after preparing and insulating the area.
His crew was very professional and easy to talk to. We had some scheduling conflicts that were easy to work around and get the job done when we needed it to be finished.
The difference we noticed in the smell in our basement, the effect the insulation and seamless lining had on the air conditioning in our family room (which is above the crawl space) was immediate. We feel cooler air coming through the duct work since it isn't losing energy traveling through a non insulated space anymore and they basement smells and feels normal since the dirt and concrete is now completely covered by the new liner.
That new product is great.
Greg's company also did drain tile work in our basement. It was a different crew than the group who did the crawl space, but they were equally as professional and easy to work with. Rather than break up the job into 3-4 days they stayed late the first day to get everything ready and prepared so they could complete the job quicker. The job was done the next day. The price was very fair and the crew was extremely clean throughout thew whole process.
We now have a water tight, well insulated basement and we couldn't be happier with the results.

"From my initial meeting with Jake Evink for an estimate, I felt comfortable. He listened to my assessment of the problem as he did his own assessment. We discussed the addition of attic insulation and the installation of a roof mounted TV antennae with coaxial cable as well. I asked that his estimate be broken into parts so I could choose all or portions of work. I chose the vent, soffit vents, antennae installation, and accepted his suggestion of moving a bath vent to a soffit location. The work was accomplished in a professional as well as friendly manner and at a fair price. We are continuing a discussion about attic insulation removal, elevating an area of attic floor used for storage, and replacing all insulation. the gutter cleaning was great. the workers did not know how to install the gutter guards. But the owner, Bill, did an excellent work for us. He came over to my house to check it the next day after the workers finished their work. He is honest to admit that is not acceptable for their installation and promised he will re-install it for us. He made his promise to come back on 7/3 to fix it. I appreciate his effort on making the project done better and his way to admit the problem and fix it quickly. I would highly recommend him to my friends.
