After I accepted the quote, they called and said they could come the next day.  Some of the other companies told me they were about a week behind. The crew showed up on time and started to work immediately. They did everything I expected except for adding insulation to one wall. When I questioned that, they said it was not included in the estimate. I called the office and found it was not, later confirmed with the estimator. While I was calling, the crew got more insulation and did that wall anyway. I offered to pay for the extra work and Rory told me there would be no extra charge.
