"They replaced my roof, plus a flat roof on a small section. They put peel n stick over felt, which was a good idea. Plus a extra insulating foam on the flat roof that increased the slope. The crew was not managed well, so I had to watch them close. I had to stop them at one point as the crew was putting the mule hide material on the flat rood without the insulation taper material I had asked for. Turned out the material had not been delivered and the crew knew nothing about it.  They were also supposed to replace all damaged wood, and they did replace quite a bit, but I was replacing the soffets and found two places where they had not replaced wood that was obviously in bad shape. Not sure why they chose to ignore it. But, I called them back and they came right away and fixed it.  However, on the return trip they left the old wood and material in my lawn. The manager said he would come back to pick it up, but never showed. This plus a couple packs of shingles, some brand new and one that did not even match my roof. I managed to get the debris in the garbage pickup, but plan to drop the shingles at their location in Longwood when I get a chance.

The company called me after I posted this review to tell me they would send someone over to get the stuff left by the last crew. The guy came by the next day and picked up the items. The company sent me a $100 check and a note apologizing for the inconvenience. I respect that and appreciate the gesture. Angies list does get results and the companies seem to be very conscience of the reviews posted."
