After waiting two weeks, they called to tell us they were not interested in working with us. During these few weeks, we tore down the paneling and insulation.  We contacted Superior Insulation after noticing their great reviews here on Angie's List. We talked to Rick who gave us an idea of what the solution was and set up an appointment to view the problem area. Once he saw the problem area, he decided on a slightly different solution. I compared quotes and selected Air-Tight. In two days I had a crew at my house ready to do the work. The crew was excellent. I was given the opportunity to review the work before they started the job and before they left. When I requested some remediation there was no issue. The crew was respectful, listened to what I wanted done and cleaned up after the work was complete. The owner told me about an available rebate program through the electric company.
