"This company is awesome! Alex blew insulation in places that someone else would’ve ignored. He explained everything to me. I also bought a solar roof fan from this company. Supposed to have a lifetime warranty! My old house has never had insulation, probably bc the only way to get it there was when a new roof was put on. Taking roof off, blowing insulation and installing solar fan, these guys all coordinated to get it done for me and made it look easy. These guys are the best! "We hired Chris and his team to install a radiant barrier and add additional blown-in insulation. Even though I have a Trane A/C that I replaced just a few years ago it was struggling to keep up with consistent days above 100 degrees. We could feel the heat pounding on the roof right through to the ceiling. Chris came in with a thermal camera and was able to confirm that he could help. He pointed out the hot spots and gave me a recommendation. The install happened about two weeks later and they were completely done within 4 hours. The team that did the install was courteous and cleaned up after themselves the best they could. Within a few hours of the install (they finished around noon) I could tell there was a difference in the heat signature of the house. It was noticeably cooler and the humidity percentage dropped from the 60s to the 50s. I am looking forward to seeing the impact on my next electrical bill, but either way the house is way more comfortable. My only regret is that I didn't do this the day I bought the house 5 years ago."

"Wow! Where do I begin...I was battling a "rat issue" in my attic for 9 months. I went through 3 other pest control companies and spent $2,500 to $3,000 in trapping and exclusion work. Unfortunately none of the services were able to resolve the issue. I was about to give up hope when I decided to contact Patrick at Rat Rodent Removal as a last ditch effort. Patrick and David responded quickly and ensured me he would do a through inspection of the attic area(something other services and trappers wouldn't do) . They arrived at my home and upon introduction I knew I was dealing with professionals who actually care and not just in it for a "quick buck". Patrick did exactly what he said he was going to do as he meticulously went through the entire attic to include areas I was unable to access. Patrick located a fairly obscure cut vent pipe and was able to identify the problem area. Patrick and David quickly fixed the problem and ensured the area was clean. They identified the problem areas and were able to fully resolve the issue. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Patrick and David. These guys are true professionals who are determined to solve the issue. If I would have called Ratman Rodent Removal in the first place I would have saved $3,000 and a tremendous amount of headaches and sleepless nights.
