"Mark and David arrived promptly and began working right away.  They pulled out and bagged up all the old poly and debrie and installed the new moisture barrier.  Mark said they would call me next summer and come out to inspect under the house to be sure there is still not a moisture problem.  From my first phone call to set up an appointment to the completion of the job, Somer, Mark and David were friendly and professional.  They are hard working conscientious young people who take pride in their work.  I would recommend them to anyone in need of an honest company.  Not at all pushy.

"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. "Some initial prep information was a bit lacking in detail, which caused rescheduling of work, but went well after that. Insulated crawlspace that was severely lacking insulation from cheap & crappy house builder (HH Hunt). Foam insulation on sides/walls & certain posts/beams, 10 mil drymat on ground, sealed off vents. Workers friendly & professional. Bit pricey but noticeable improvement soon after finish...floors were not cold in certain areas as before."

"Matt Epperly was very professional and new about insulation for our crawl space. He came and went under our house and took pictures. We did not know about the mold which he showed us. He made the suggestion of the spray foam and the Friction-fit rigid foam board door panel to be installed behind our existing crawl space access door. Spray Foam in crawl space rim and band joist for air-sealing and insulation. He also mentioned before the foam insulation spraying anti-microbial solution on all crawl space wood substructure. We were also told we would get free a Wireless Hygrometer. It displays the temperature and humidity both inside your crawl space. It was all accomplished in a few hours. They informed us for our protection to leave the home and come back. Everything was done neatly and no mess left."

"WOW! These guys are awesome! I am absolutely astonished at the amount of professionalism and pride Sweetland's takes in their work! I first called them because our indoor heating unit was making a loud noise. Sweetland's showed up the same day, stayed for over 2 hours and only billed me $80. They were so comprehensive and thoroughly evaluated our entire system. They were not pushy and gave us all of our options about how to fix our unit (which unfortunately, had to be replaced). Later, we were contacted by the owner and spent over and hour on the phone discussing all of our options about replacing our system and the different types of makes/ models of AC units. They were extremely informative and answered any and all questions that I had. They were even so sensitive to the fact that we wouldn't have heat that they offered to provide us with space heaters free of charge! Sweetland's spent the next two days installing our heat/ AC unit and ripping out all of our old stuff. They made sure that the job was done right and did a phenomenal job! A week later, they were even courteous enough to follow up with us to ensure everything was working to our satisfaction! I will only call Sweetland's for my heating/ AC needs from now on! By far, they are one of the most honest businesses in heating/ AC industry!

"The installers were polite, friendly and professional. Overall we were happy with installation. DC traffic being what it is, they arrived 1.5 hours late with no call. Also, the hose was dropped causing insulation to blow on the driveway for a short time. This was not cleaned up. There was also some confusion over whether we wanted code 38 or 44 since we had quotes on both however the team made everything right by installing 44 as we wanted."
