"Prompt response for quote which was considerably lower than others (most never  bothered to call me back )and was in line with cost my brother who is a builder in Bham said it should cost , short delay in installation but called well in advance to reschedule, cleaned up afterward, showed pictures of installation, no hidden costs, only problem was asked about installing baffles in path to attic furnace when quote was obtained  but they blew in everything and now I have @ 12 inches of insulation between attic entrance and furnace, called them about fixing this but never responded

"Awesome experience. Purchased home with open crawl space that was deteriorated with hanging insulation, and breeding ground for rodents and waste. Researched crawl space options and interviewed several companies to compare. Greg was honest, informative and provided an option that encapsulated the raised crawl space, complete with dehumidifier and thick vapor barrier. He promised to come by annually to check and make any necessary adjustments and stood by his word - we had the project completed in 2015 and he came back in 2016 adding some sealer to small gaps that occured and will be scheduled him again to return soon for 2017 service. VERY happy we completed - the house smells much better (they disinfected underneath and spent time ensuring joists were clean), air quality and comfort level is greater and greater peace of mind with rodent exclusion. "They installed my new units with no problems. The owner came out to supervise the install which I appreciated as he had been the one I had dealt with to arrange everything. He pointed out that I had very little insulation in the attic and gave me a quote on the spot. He was very thorough in explaining things and answering all my questions. The owner and another employee came out a couple days later to put in the insulation. A couple weeks later I woke up to a very cold house. I contacted the owner to find out what was wrong and let him know that the unit would only run for a couple minutes at a time before shutting off, even if it wasn't at the correct temp. They came back out right away, and diagnosed and fixed the problem at no additional charge.
I rated them as 'Good' on professionalism because of one employee who I thought was a bit rude, tacky and unprofessional. Other than him, the owner and the rest of the staff were very pleasant to deal with."

"He was great. He was able to put insulation into areas that 3 other companies stated they could not do because of the angles of our roof. We started out without insulation in the den area because it is a vaulted ceiling but he was able to work all the way down to the outside wall and put insulation into the difficult areas no one wanted to work on. I would highly recommend him to work on your home if you have difficult areas and need some relief"
