They came out the same day we spoke with them to take a look and draw up a quote and then came back the following day to do the cleaning on our dryer vent and put in a new vent on the house. The previous owners had on the wrong cover which caused most of our issues to begin with. I would recommend them to anyone we know. They were professional and explained out everything."
