"JR Insulation is a great company!! They did everything from start to finish as promised, on time, polite, clean, and on budget. I can't recommend them enough. They also fixed a problem that I created in my own ignorance for free just to make me even happier. I told them it wasn't necessary but they insisted. JR's pricing was the absolute best for everything they did. Not the lowest bid but the lowest price to value, which in my opinion is the lowest bid. I would use they again, in fact, I would not use any other company for insulation or dry wall. Brian"

"On day 1 they removed (sucked out) 3 levels (and three different types) of insulation. They were very neat and cleaned up afterward. They showed me pictures of the cleared attic. On day 2 they blew in new insulation, sealed an unused vent (which was causing a draft) and installed a new attic hatch (old one was broken, unsealed and not insulated causing a draft). Everything was done as agreed and in the timeline expected. They are also a partner with Energy Trust of Oregon which is a bonus."

He was always a couple minutes early, was genuinely friendly and professional. Each day he started by insuring his work area protected non-workareas from spills or other damage. His work was top-notch, and since the work took several days he made sure he always left with his areas cleaner than before. If I could give him 6 stars, I would. We are already in discussion about finishing this new space into a shelved storage area for the bathroom."

He showed us what he was doing and took the time to explain the results and what our options are to improve the insulation in our house. We received a quote in the mail a few days later, which covered everything we had talked about, broken down in pieces (attic, basement, exterior walls) in case we can't do it all at once. I also spoke to Rob one phone and he was very willing to work with us on what we will do ourselves. Great experience overall. We have already hired them to insulate the attic."
