Frank (the owner) came himself to give me initial the estimate, had many spot-on suggestions and ideas about how to proceed. He supervised the work, was on site most of the time, and was always easy to reach by phone or text. We had good fortune weather-wise and everything went as planned and on schedule. Budget matched the estimate except for a few additional items I requested after the work began. The men took care to remove large trees and shrubs without damaging adjacent paved areas and while protecting the ones that we did not want removed. Since the work was completed Frank has come back a couple of times to water and make sure the sod is rooting properly. We plan to hire Franciamore again in the spring to put in new plantings."

We worked with Eligio who was knowledgeable and responsive to what we were looking to accomplish. He met with us on a Saturday and had a proposal within a few days. His proposal was also very reasonable from a pricing perspective. He started the work on the date he promised and completed his work on a time. He had a sizable crew. I also found it refreshing not to have a long contract loaded with legalize and escape clauses for any responsibility and attaching risks to us related for non payment. ADR had a very straight forward payment requirement. Bottom line we would strongly recommend ADR, and have already done so."
