"Chad and his crew were wonderful! They installed a concrete pad for parking, a stamped patio in the backyard, new stamped concrete walkway, as well as landscaping, grading and new sod. They listened to our needs, budget and made our backyard like an oasis. Highly recommend."

"Pros: Matt is a hard working guy, operates solo which saves on labor costs, friendly and responsive to texts when hired and ambitiously took project on Cons: follow through and project completion. Initially plan was for backyard sod install, weed application front and back, and leftover sod installed in front followed by topsoil dressing back and front. Initially underestimated amount of sod needed and compensated the extra pallet which was great customer service. But then, What actually happened: backyard installed, no top dressing, and leftover was put in side yard and additional pieces just left in garden. Nothing applied to front yard, so i called him on seeing this - then on request paid additional to have him come back to get this done. We then still had extra pieces I installed myself, but communication was then an issue as the plan was to return with top dressing within the next month because his supplier was out. Stopped responding to text or calls. Unfortunately, as a small business, he is at a tough disadvantage if anything needs to be compensated. Although he underestimated initially, he made up for it. I paid more than quoted amount, however, and was still under the impression the quoted project would be completed, however he stopped responding for over 2 weeks and considered it finished instead because he felt that compensating one issue made up for not doing the other, though these are two different tasks. We discussed and there was no compromising. I respect his effort and certainly donâ t want to bring down any small businesses but would recommend hiring him with reservations - though you may save on costs, the follow through can be a little harder in his position, especially if supply issues like we experienced."

"Creative Scape did a tremendous job. The gentleman who installed my brick pavers for a platform in the front and back of my deck did an excellent job. They also installed a drainage system from my front downspout to the back. They were very professional and very courteous. They also laid sod and transformed my yard into a beautiful area. I want to thank Ken from Creative Scape and the guy who did the work. A big thank you, and I will use them again."

"Kacey and his team installed sod and pine needle in our yard. His quote was fair and accurate. He had a complete team with the proper equipment. I'm extremely happy with the job. The work done was professional and his Kacey and team were extremely kind. I would absolutely recommend them for your construction needs."

"To: akatish <akatish@aol.com> Sent: Fri, Oct 28, 2016 3:44 pm Date: Oct 28, 2016 3:25 PM Subject: Review of Imperial Landscaping Concepts, LLC Dr. Patricia G Kerrigan 4155 Montessori Drive, Pensacola, Florida 32504 The Imperial Landscaping Concepts, LLC organization is operated by, and comprised of, some of the most competent and professional people it has ever been my pleasure to hire. Costs were very fair and work was preformed efficiently. From the first estimate to the final review, employees arrived on time and ready to work for as long as needed to complete each task. My yard has gone from unsightly to beautiful. After the sod was installed, I was given excellent directions about how to protect and encourage the growth in both the front and back yards of my home. Damon, John, Chris and Justin listened closely to what I wanted and made sure to check with me frequently as work was being done to be certain they were accomplishing what we had agreed upon. Sod install, driveway repair, deck repair, front landscaping with beautiful plantings, new watering access in back yard. It didn't matter what I decided I needed as we went along, these gentlemen and their helpers listened carefully and completed every task with courtesy, patience and professionalism. These men respect the customer. Wow! I will certainly call upon them again in the future and I will certainly recommend Imperial Landscaping to others."

"Zane called right away and was so prompt, and he was excellent. We got complete background on Zane from the company and he went above and beyond. He even covered his boots to not track dirt in the house. He was very polite and fixed everything from top to bottom. He even set up the time and showed us how the system works if we lost power and left us extra oil. We thought the price was fair. We got picture of all the work with explanation and warranty once he was done. I would hesitate to use him again and highly recommend him."
