He and his team visited on the scheduled dates promptly and performed the work required efficiently, professionally, and thoroughly over 4 visits. The only minor surprise was the additional yard waste disposal fees - in reviewing the estimate, these were listed as an additional charge, but I didn't have an estimate on the approximate additional costs required. This elevated the cost slightly over what I had originally expected. My prior landscape company (in a different state) hadn't charged disposal fees separately, so I didn't think to ask or check this when doing estimates."

They took care of dranige issues I did not even think of. Had a buddy go with a diffrent compney at the same time and his 10 yard patio is all cracked up. "Initially we were very happy with the work done. Part of the agreement was to move some eco-blocks to a convenient place so that we could finish our landscaping. The workers had completed work with the excavator and had moved it out of the yard while the eco-blocks were left against a tree in the middle of the side yard. When I told Hector the Project Manager that they had to be moved he told me that they couldn't get the excavator back in but we could wait for the dirt road behind my house to dry out and they would come back and move them. So, when it was dry I called and asked them to finish the job but they don't answer my calls and won't call back. These guys are happy to tell you what you want to hear to sell the job but may not deliver. Beware."
