"Had a plumbing issue, which caused an electrical issue, which caused us to be without water. Tried to find a plumber to take care of the plumbing issue (and an electrician). Called this 24/7 business at 11:20 pm (after the dripping water caused a small electrical fire). After being hung up on the first time, the second call was answered and I was informed that there was no one to come out now, but they could get us on the schedule for late tomorrow afternoon.
The following morning the company called us back to see if we had gotten someone to repair the plumbing issue. At that point, we had not. Their plumber came out and took care of the leak, replaced the piping, replaced the filter system, and made sure that our water was working properly, without any leaks.
Their plumber was professional and courteous. He was also extremely knowledgeable."
