D&D was our top choice not only because of the price (was able to work with our budget and was a good 20 - 30% less than the other two bids we got) as well as amazing communication, documentation of the process, on time installation (actually started a few days early when his crew finished other jobs ahead of schedule) and overall ease of working with Daniel. "Went pretty well. Joe as pleasant and walked me through everything he was doing. The sprinklers are in much better shape now than when he started. He did have to come back multiple times due to not having some parts he needed. He obviously knew what he was doing. The final price was at the high end of what he originally estimated. That and the multiple visits over the course of a couple weeks are the reason for a 4 instead of 5 rating. Work done: Joe swapped out some bad sprinkler heads in my front yard, replaced a few of them that weren't getting enough pressure with Toro heads, added some new heads in a couple raised bed gardens, and repaired both electrical and sprinkler lines in the backyard."

"After a brief mixup about authorization, Manuel came out assessed the issue as a defective sprinkler valve. Since the system was 41 years old he suggested replacing all three valves on the same manifold. He gave me an acceptable price for the repair. His technician came out the next day and made the repairs. It works fine and the cleanup and lawn restoration around the valve box looks good."
