"I called 911 Locksmith Services for my new home, and they easily scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me. Dylan at 911 Locksmith and Security is experienced, knowledgeable, and professional with locks and security. I wanted to replace key locks with keyless entry on three doors. I also needed to match hardware to fit my personal taste. Dylan came on time for my appointment, and was prepared with everything needed for the job. After he started the work, I asked if I could add a door lock that I had neglected to include, and Dylan had no problem making a quick run to the warehouse to pick up what I wanted, and had all three of my doors finished and secure in one afternoon. After the work was complete, he took time to make sure I understood how each secure lock works. Thank you 911 Locksmith and Security, and especially thanks to Dylan for a job done well. I would recomment 9ll Locksmith and Security to anyone who wants new locks or keyless entry installed. They are the best!"

"The only negative is that the locksmith should have brought a small vacuum to clean up the mess he made"

"As property management for 200+ homes across DFW we use Lockit Down Locksmith frequently. They are always quick to respond and provide complete service"

"The replacement went fine. The work was professional and at the agreed time. I was pleased with that. My only issue was with the charges. I had found the mechanism online priced at $108 (with $13 shipping). It would have arrived after my desired time frame, so I expected the locksmith would have a local resource from which to purchase at a wholesale price in a more timely manner. I expected that price to be about $60; certainly less than $100. However, I was told the locksmith paid $179! This didn't seem reasonable. Also, I did not receive an itemized receipt, only a total. After expecting to pay perhaps $150, I was actually charged almost TWICE that. So although I was happy with the work, I was certainly not happy with the price."

"Great service, great communication and job is completed in a timely manor. Austin is very professional and respectful. I recommend their services with full confidence in the services they’ll provide to anyone needing a locksmith."

"Once the technician got there he was able to get the work done very fast!"

"He is an excellent locksmith. He is so knowledgeable about security, locks, doors and systems. He is a man of integrity and learned the trade from his father."

"I needed to change the locks at my property and was pleased with the service. The locksmith arrived promptly, installed everything carefully, and ensured all locks worked properly."

"I had lost a key and needed a new one made so I contacted this Locksmith company. I was quoted an arrival time and price to which the Technician showed up earlier than expected. The gentleman that arrived was extremely professional. I was very satisfied with this company and would definately recommend and use them again. A+++"

"I did  a search on Angie's List for Locksmiths - and a coupon came up listing Cars Unlocked for $49.00. I clicked on it not knowing that they were located in Arlington. (I live in Garland). The address never appeared on the coupon until after I had already purchased it; I called Dexter, thinking that perhaps the company had multiple locations, and he said no, that he was the only one , and located in Arlington. I was going to cancel and get a credit, but he insisted on taking care of me.
Anyway, he is really a nice guy, and you should all call him. I would say that I would use him again; however I would never ask him to drive this far again. Instead of making money on my job, I'm sure he lost at least $50.00 driving this far.
AND it's Angie's Lists' fault for not putting his address on the coupon."
