"Bernard's Safe & Lock was very timely and professional.  I called them to schedule an appointment to re-key the locks on my house and the owner told me that he had a locksmith in the area who could be at my house in an hour.  They showed up 50 minutes later and were able to re-key five locks in 40 minutes.  The price was $70 to come to the house and $15 for each lock.  The locksmith was polite and professional and accepted the Angie's List coupon no problem.  I would definitely recommend them.

Mike from Craftsman On-Call was awesome! Once the initial order was placed, Mike phoned me to confirm the order and acquire further details about exactly what I needed. During that call, we agreed upon a specific day and time for him to visit. On the day of his visit, he phoned my about an hour prior to once again confirm that he would be here at our agreed upon time - which he was.

Mike was prompt, pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient in his work. He completed the job about 20 minutes prior to what he anticipated it would take. Overall, the job was not overly complicated; but still necessary. I would HIGHLY recommend Mike and Craftsman On-Call for any repairs, maintenance and improvements.

"Choice responded quickly but the insurance plan does not pay for all doors to be re-keyed unless you have very few locks. The number of locks covered by the insurance is determined by keyholes, not doors! (Read your policy!) You will likely have to shell out some money to have this essential new-home service if you have more than four keyholes. The locksmith they called was EXCELLENT and made all our locks completely functional. We will happily hire the locksmith again (R.L Locksmith LLC). We paid $201.81 (plus another $50 for some door re-alignment not included in the re-keying benefit) and Choice paid $100 for the job."
