"So this was my FIRST Angie's List purchase and I gotta say I was extremely happy with the outcome. I purchased this for my Mother's house since a bolt had fell from her Garage Door ceiling bracket and it was a fairly old Garage door so i figured it could use a little love. I bought it on the weekend and forgot to call to schedule, the owner called me the following Monday to check up on me, which I greatly appreciated. The owner was down to earth and professional, a combination you rarely find at some businesses. The Owners brother came to service the Garage the next day and, according to my Mother, the service was nothing short of perfect. She said he quickly tuned up the garage, fixed the bracket by re-bolting into the stud which apparently wasn't the case prior. My Mother is one of those picky customers, she'll be nice but if she doesn't like the work she'll let you know; so her approval meant it was great. I would definitely reccommend them again. "It was wonderful! I will work with Alfredo for almost everything in the future. He does a wide array of work and with professionalism and courtesy. I loved the team he brought with him too. Great guys and really pleasant to work with. They all did such a wonderful job for me. What I particularly liked was how Alfredo went above and beyond. We were going to do pavers ourselves to both create a gazebo area and extend the patio. He offered to add the pavers in and barely charged anything more for it! On top of that, he poured concrete for the patio and again...didn't charge additional! I wasn't originally intending to do concrete because of the cost involved, so this was such a fantastic surprise! He also far undercut every other quote that I had, so it allowed me to do a few extra things that I didn't think I could afford. He also did some other little extras like fabric under the rock and a beautiful stone paver edge around the grass. It all looks great! By pure happenstance, he was at the house when we had a plumbing issue. I called a plumber and the price I was quoted was astronomical! Alfredo said he did plumbing also and could do it for me for around half of the other quote! PLUS he fixed some other plumbing issues in the process! I can't praise this man enough or the people who work for him. There are a couple of follow up issues yet to address, but again, I would recommend him over and over. I'm very happy with the work he did for me!"

"My original intent for purchasing the discounted coupon was to get a small section of walkway paved from my backyard to the alley gate. Jonathan from KTM came on site to do the estimate and we looked for some additional projects to supplement the work.  In addition to the added sidewalk section, I contracted for a half-moon bench to complement an existing bench near my fire pit. 
I took several weeks to review the proposal, then contacted KTM and submitted signed agreement.  They scheduled shortly after and were prompt on all calls they made in preparation for the work.  The concrete work was intended to be completed on a Friday, but delays from the concrete company pushed this back to Tuesday. Once the concrete arrived, however, work progressed smoothly and was completed.  They cleaned the site afterwards, leaving it in the same condition as found.  
Overall, I had a positive experience with the company and would recommend them and consider them again for other concrete needs.
