He was the only contractor of 11 firms who actually surveyed the site with laser to check slopes and distances. Took time to ask questions to make sure he understood what I wanted. He then produced a written bid. This covered every aspect of the job. Having seen his work, I was amazed that he would complete the work I wanted at $6/square foot, including sealing. He came on time with employees who were all very professional. The pour was completed, stamped, and second color applied within 5 hours. John then came several days later to wash down and remove forms. Sealing followed 30 days later. Everything he promised happened exactly when he said it would. Excellent contractor. Haven't taken a photo of finished product yet."
