Shaffer and his partner fabricated a beautifully well made, high end, custom stair rail for us, and installed it. The quality of work and craftsmanship were impeccable and we could not be more pleased! They were not only conscientious and respectful of our home as they worked on the project, but also cleaned up after themselves and left the area better than they found it (our home was under renovation at the time). They are extremely professional, responsive and always on time, and we will definitely use them again for future projects.
