"I had mold and it was above my cleaning grade. The owner was sent to come and evaluate and give an estimate. He was very honest and professional. Awesome personality he also had a second guy with him. He explained the issue and what it would take to resolve it. He also recommended mold and asbestos testing. I had the home tested so he was able to be better ready to get things clean and resolved. It is a serious problem to have. I'm grateful and appreciate the services provided in the home. He has home care recommendations for us to know how to maintain the services he provided. I can't express the professionalism and care this company has provided."

I would trust Kevin implicitly. He will never suggest that work be done that isn't necessary. And he has an excellent team. "I called about a possible mold issue. Jason showed up the next day and verified that what I saw was in fact black mold. He took measurements to determine the extent of remediation necessary & was able to give me an estimate with the qualifications that there could be hidden issues, that could increase the cost. I agreed to the amount & an appointment was set up for the next day. Jeremy and David showed up right on time. They were courteous and professional. They did an excellent job setting up the containment to keep mold from spreading through the rest of the house. Total time was less than I thought it would be."

The biggest thing that stood out was the price. They were extremely cheap for the amount of work that was actually performed. They are efficient and were there for about a day; 10 hours and they pretty much took care of things. They found tarping in my crawl space pretty much had radon in it. One of the things, too, about them is that they stood by their product and what they do with their services. They left us a radon test kit and if that kit reaches levels higher than they were expecting they come out and reevaluate what they did initially.
