"I had to call 4 times before I finally was able to reach someone. They did not call back after I left several messages. Finally I received a quote over the phone for having my carpet stretched. They did not tell me that the price might vary depending upon if I had floor vents or floor sockets or an irregular room. If I had known this, I might have hired the other company who gave me a comparable quote. So they arrived and did the work and then informed me that the price was higher than they quoted me over the phone. They probably should have looked at the room upon arrival and informed me that it would be above the phone quote. Because they told me it was higher after the work was done, I probably could have argued it. But I did not. Overall, they are very nice. It is a small locally owned company which is nice to support."
