Comment: There is a strong musty odor that we can’t get rid of in our condo. We took out all the carpet, installed laminate flooring, painted it, replaced window treatments, replaced A/C air handler, etc., and the smell is still here. I have also developed a very bad lung infection since moving in.

Comment: This condo in Ft. Lauderdale is our second home. We recently experienced water intrusion from a unit above that had a pipe burst and also (minor) from a previous hurricane. We arrived the other day to find mold areas in our master bathroom on the cabinets, in our powder room on the cabinet and on some of our coasters. I think there is also some behind the kitchen wall (I removed an electrical outlet this morning and looked inside - appears to be mold.)
