When the mold remediator was finished, Charles found a spot that they missed so was able to facilitate bringing the remediator back to complete the job. He is extremely knowledgeable. In addition to the above work, he is now helping us with post renovation cleanup. Our general contractor removed fiberglass insulation without proper precautions, so our entire upstairs is covered in fiberglass dust. Charles helped refer us to an appropriate cleanup service and he devised a work plan that will keep us all safe during cleanup. I can't say enough about Charles's professionalism, devotion to his job, generosity with his time and his expertise."
