He and Rene taped down paper though the house so that the mold-covered tiles and drywall he removed did not get on my floor. They taped a heavy plastic tarp with zipper opening on the door to the room they worked and and wore protective boot covers that they changed each time they left the room they were working in. They left my house as clean as when they came. Rene and Chris were professional from beginning to end and showed attention to detail to avoid cross contamination and remove the mold effectively at a fair price. They addressed my issues effectively and were so pleasant to work with. It made it seem like they were family watching out for me. And now I am breathing better than I have for a long, long time. "They weren't forthcoming about additional testing. Base inspection $299 then additional $400+ for lab testing. Wish I had known for vendor comparison purposes. However, I think it was worth it. Owner said the techs need to be instructed to say it was optional, but it helps you better understand the mold your dealing with. Glad I did it but not sure if it could have been done for less."
