He contacted me right away with the results and wrote up my report. What I like also about Five Star Environmental is they won't make you spend more money than you have to. For example Peter would ask you how many samples would I like to test because each sample goes to the lab and they charge for it. He didn't want me to spend more money than I have too. He said to me save your money. Peter is a mold inspector. He can smell and tell if there is mold right away. If I ever need to test for mold again. "I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."
