"John went above and beyond in telling me who (raccoon) what (urine feces mold) and why (location of access to home) of the problem. He also helped me file the claim with my insurance company. Throughout he was pleasant and polite. Obviously a credit to his company. I can rest assured the work will be competed properly."

"The owners of the apt. building chose another company, with whom I was not happy. They were not even told that mold was present in the vents. I did speak to Mr. Matt Ballou several times in order to understand all of the business surrounding the proper and professional remediation of MOLD. He was always available, professional, patient and informative. I eventually did suggest to the apt. owners to hire his company.
