Had quote which seemed very high and included work that seemed unnecessary from another vendor for ~$3K. Healthy Home came out and quickly concluded there was NO mold but did offer to do a test for $250-$300 that would confirm this (if needed) or for peace of mind. They admitted the test would confirm what they were saying- mold was not present on the fiberglass insulation under the plastic. it was simply dirt and replacing the dirty insulation would take care of the black appearance.
