"This was the 2nd time I had called upon Pure Restoration for a somewhat urgent water damage/mold remediation/repair
situation, having found them at random on Angie's List the 1st (and totally unrelated) time.
I knew how helpful they had been and didn't hesitate to call again.
Tommy, who runs the company is always on top of what's going on and always available and responsive. Everybody that came to do their particular job (mold, dry wall, plumbing, cabinet re-building, paint etc) was top notch and a pleasure to deal with. 
In my case the quality of the kitchen cabinet re-building was awesome.
And I was particularly happy and relieved that they were able to preserve a lengthy granite kitchen countertop when almost everything underneath it had to be removed. 
Tommy & co. worked around my schedule and I can't stress enough how helpful it was knowing that he was available and
would return calls asap. Everyone from their office was completely professional and helpful as well. You feel like you're in very good hands.
And Tommy knew how to deal with the Insurance co. and get more out of them than I ever would have on my own. He definitely
saved me money in that regard.

"I took up engineered wood flooring with mold. My walls, removed baseboards areas, and air, all test positive with viable mold tests. There was no way I could install my new floor without the help of Pure Maintenance of Orange County. I highly recommend this professional company on many fronts. This pure maintenance technology beats wet fogging hands down! Do your own research. My independent lab air test at the end of the job came back, zero mold on all the different species tested. This 2 step processed, coating everything in such a way that any outdoor mold or left over construction dust under my baseboards is coated so mold can't regrow. This company was so professional and accommodating to my construction mishaps, it was truly a pleasure to have found this company. BTW: I took the time to check out the other person's rating story and found it unreliable and made my decision to use this company. Thank God. "Hamilton's price was competitive. The phone representative sound professional and courteous. However, the technician they sent seem very inexperience. He was performing the work (collecting asbestos samples) via Facetime with another senior technician. Also, he only brought a 2-step ladder trying to climb and pull himself up into the attic; he requested to come back the next day, which I'm not available. I ended up borrowing a 3-step ladder from the occupant for the technician. It was risky seeing him pulling himself up into the attic. On his way down, I have to spot him landing his foot on the ladder since the borrowed ladder was still not tall enough."
