"Tony was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had results back the day after the test. Results indicated that we did not have an excessive amount of mold. No remediation was needed. The cost seemed comparable to others in the area."

"Very pleased with the prompt response I received from getting an appointment to completion of the work. Customer service is top notch and work was high quality. Definitely would recommend RMS."

"Pete came out to look at our mold situation and determined that it was more related to lack of air circulation around an area of bare concrete than to actual moisture incursion. He spent almost an hour looking into the areas that could be suspicious and did not find problems other than the area that we first noticed mold. The odor we are experiencing is more likely related to a varmint intrusion that was rectified earlier. Great suggestions to cure odor and absolutely no pressure. A “breath of fresh air” in the service business. I would definitely call him again. You should too."

"Everything went very well. During the initial inspection, Mr. Torres explained everything that would need to be done and the process of discovering all the contaminated areas and how they would be treated to eliminate the mold and preventing it from returning. A reasonable estimate of cost to perform the work was presented and accepted. Mr. Torres was very explicit as to what would be done and what would not be done. He was always very polite and true to his word. A time was scheduled to do the work which was accomplished very efficiently in one day. While the work was in progress, Mr. Torres kept us advised at each stage and invited us to inspect the work in progress. We are very pleased and intend to hire him again for follow up remedial work."

"Our town of approximately 1800 had a FEMA designated disaster flood. Ben and helper showed up right on time. Long drive to get here. All local mold businesses very busy. Both were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Went right to work. Took pictures that were sent to me—which are needed to turn in to FEMA for disaster relief aid. Drained the ductwork of the flood water, which will make it much easier on the HVAC fellow who is going to replace the ductwork. Put down a vapor barrier. Sprayed mold/mildew killer that is not harmful to humans…and has a very pleasant smell. Guaranteed for 5 years. I was very impressed. I hope to never have another flood, but if we do and I need the mold removed, I’m calling these guys again!"

"Ben was very quick to come out and check on my mold problem. Services were scheduled and completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company!"

"This was the most professional, friendly and knowledgeable experience I have had in years! The amazing customer service starts with Amber and the professional friendly service concluded with Dustin. Not only did I receive excellent service, it was timely and affordable. This is a family owned business and it shows by the attention to detail and their hands on caring attitude. I highly recommend them for good service, comfortable friendly attitude, knowledge and experience and for a job well done. You won’t find anyone better!"

"Devin Sherlock is who came to my home to test and inspect for mold in my duct work. He was super friendly, was very knowledgeable about the issues I've been having and walked me through the whole process and what to expect. Couldn't have been happier!!!"

"Terry came out and was very knowledgeable on the subject. I got multiple estimates and felt most comfortable with MoldMen. The work was done quickly and efficiently and at a fair price. The best part is thus company offers a full service. They do mold remediation, air duct cleaning, air duct sanitization, they are licensed in HVAC and were able to clean and sanitize all of my heating and cooling and they even installed a UV light to prevent mold spores from growing back again. They really are a one stop shop when it comes to mold issues and indoor air quality and I have continued to and will continue to recommend them. Very impressed with their service and efficiency. Great work."

He communicated very well and made everything stress free for us! Great job."
