On the customer service side, I spoke several times with Shelby. She is terrific customer service person. The estimator was Steve Cole. He clearly explained what needed to be done and was very patient with me as I asked numerous questions. He too was very professional and personable. I rated the quality of work 4.0 but really have nothing to compare it with. I would rate the quality 5.0 if it stops the leak forever but forever is a long time. Value for the money? I gave it a 3.0 because I really have nothing to compare it with. Premier was the only contractor who made a bid on the project. Their work is guaranteed which sold me on having them do the project vs me doing it myself."
