When we started remodeling, we found mold in the crawlspace, asbestos in the siding, and on the roof. She guided me through the entire permitting process without any pressure to use their services. They fixed the mold issue in the crawlspace, did an crawlspace encapsulation and removed all the Asbestos, and recommended a reliable contractor for the siding and roof replacement. It required cleaning of the hvac system and ducts and Biocide arranged for a sub (Hurricane Air Duct Cleaning) to handle that job. They did a great job and were professional and thorough. Biocide followed that up with a microbial sanitizing treatment and the tech was on time, professional and fairly quick. Overall pleased with the service."
