I reach out to PEAS, which everyone in the office was very helpful and patient on guiding me through this experience. "Hamilton's price was competitive. The phone representative sound professional and courteous. However, the technician they sent seem very inexperience. He was performing the work (collecting asbestos samples) via Facetime with another senior technician. Also, he only brought a 2-step ladder trying to climb and pull himself up into the attic; he requested to come back the next day, which I'm not available. I ended up borrowing a 3-step ladder from the occupant for the technician. It was risky seeing him pulling himself up into the attic. On his way down, I have to spot him landing his foot on the ladder since the borrowed ladder was still not tall enough."
