Get matched with top mold and asbestos pros in Dupo, IL

"Given the awful circumstances (house fire), we had a great experience with AC Environmental. They were quick, courteous and professional. As with every service, problems can occur. How a company reacts to a problem says a lot to their commitment to the customer. There was a minor problem in removing our asbestos, I called AC Environmental and Dustin was out at our house resolving it within hours! I was surprised and very pleased."

"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

"Tyfanie was professional and knowledgeable."

"Overall was good for what the service is. The technician was a postal worker and home inspector. So mold test company appears to be brokers. Their pricing was competitive from other quotes I received but I honestly think it was pricey for time spent and what they do. But like I said the price was pretty standard from the companies I called, in my opinion. But the technician was attentive and knowledgeable, and friendly."

"I had a great experience with this company when I needed mold removed from my home. From the initial inspection to the completion of the work, everyone was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They explained the process clearly, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed throughout the job. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took the necessary precautions to protect the rest of my home. They did a thorough job removing the affected material and cleaning the area, and they left everything neat and clean when they were finished."

"Excellent service. Our garage roof leaked and we had mold spots in the corners. Mike was prompt, professional and efficient."

"We hired Jeff to give us pre and post mold remediation air quality tests, and I am so glad we did. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and had no conflict of interest on the outcome of the results since we had a different company doing the remediation. We actually had to go back to the mold remediation company when his air quality report did not pass clearance, and he was our chief advocate in getting the company to come back and do further remediation. He has been a great to work with because he is not only an expert but is a caring individual, and I would recommend anybody use his services. He also is licensed to test for asbestos, which is our next project before we remove our popcorn ceiling!"

"Great customer service, always reachable or prompt in responding, took time to thoroughly explain the issues and the work to be performed. Highly recommend!"
