"Mold specialist came to my house on time and explained everything he was going to do upfront then got started right away. Asked that I send him the results when I receive them from the lab so he could provide advise on next steps and DIY ways to remedy my mold issue. A rep called once the lab results were in to go over what the lab results meant. Very good experience!"
