Get matched with top mold and asbestos pros in Edgerton, MO

"Spencer went out of his way to schedule my project because I was feeling quite ill and thought the illness might be from mold spores found in lab tests."

"I had mold and it was above my cleaning grade. The owner was sent to come and evaluate and give an estimate. He was very honest and professional. Awesome personality he also had a second guy with him. He explained the issue and what it would take to resolve it. He also recommended mold and asbestos testing. I had the home tested so he was able to be better ready to get things clean and resolved. It is a serious problem to have. I'm grateful and appreciate the services provided in the home. He has home care recommendations for us to know how to maintain the services he provided. I can't express the professionalism and care this company has provided."

"Time will tell but seemed knowledgeable, they were very informative for us during the inspection and before and their report is well laid out with all that they reviewed including relevant pictures (with arrows, circles on important parts)."

"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

"Quick response to my call about possible mold & next day service to treat the mold. Had contact with three employees and they were all courteous and professional"

"Andy and Ben responded to our request quickly. They explained the work needed and the work was completed efficiently. We will definitely call them again if their services are needed."

"Very prompt and friendly service"

"I cannot thank Spencer enough! He was very patient with me, as I have been suffering terribly. I knew I had toxic mold in my apartment. Spencer did lot's of test. He spent 2.5 hours working, testing air, taking samples and answering my questions. He listened to me. He was so compassionate about what I have been going through for the past couple years. I was asking allot of questions and he was not rushing me, to just get in and get out. I really needed to understand and clarify lot's of things. Spencer was that clarity I have been looking for. He really helped me understand how bad water damage toxic mold can be. I really wasn't crazy! I'll tell you, I have reached out to quite a few mold inspection companies and I knew the minute I first spoke to him, he was the guy I needed to do my testing. Spencer came highly recommended from allot of friends on Facebook. If you want integrity, honesty, direction, clarity, understanding, a very thorough inspection and just a great guy, give him a call. I thank God, that I found him. What a blessing Thank you Spencer"
