The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

Their pricing was competitive from other quotes I received but I honestly think it was pricey for time spent and what they do.
