"I called to get a quote on basement mold remediation. They arrived the same day I called, and 2 workers showed up on time to do a walk thorough of my basement. They did not try to sell me on services I did not need and in fact, gave me tips on how I could do the mold remediation as a DIY project. They were professional and honest ... values you do not see in many contractors these days."

He came to my house, gave my reasonable assessment of the problem, had a solution in mind, clearly explained mold and mold remediation procedures and gave my a very reasonable quote. He performed the job and even though we ran into a hiccup, he came back and made sure we were completely satisfied. "They were good and their customer service was the best. They arrived on time and delivered report in a timely manner too. They provide competitive prices and took extra time to thoroughly explain the report over the phone. Out of all the companies that I called, they were the only one to answer the phone with a live person. Everyone else went straight to voicemail."
